Purchase Policies, Disclaimers and Terms

Empire Tickets, Inc. is a private Atlanta-based ticket broker specializing in premium seats to high-profile sporting events, concerts, and theatre productions for national and international events around the world. Our company offers tickets for a broad spectrum of events. We are not affiliated with Ticketmaster, Tele-Charge, Live Nation, Tickets.com, or any other box office or venue. Additionally, we are not licensed by any promoter, stadium, theatre, hotel, sports team, or sporting association.

Empire Tickets has consistently delivered the highest consistancy of service to its clients since its inception. Once a client receives a confirmation of sale from Empire, we guarantee the authenticity of all tickets and that you'll receive the tickets you requested in time for the event.

Any and all copyrights, trademarks, or trade names used within our web sites are for descriptive purposes only. We do not act on the authority or official permission of any of the above mentioned entities. We are able to provide availability of tickets or event access through our various contacts and sources. Our ticket prices are often higher than the face value of the tickets and reflect the effort and costs of obtaining and reselling the tickets.

The following purchase policies are presented to facilitate your understanding of and satisfaction with the purchase process with Empire Tickets. If you have any questions about the information below, please contact us at (404) 467-0227.

ALL CONFIRMED AND COMPLETED TICKET ORDERS ARE 100% GUARANTEED
Empire Tickets will make every effort to fill your ticket order as soon as possible. However, because each event holder has varying ticket release policies, Empire Tickets reserves the right to fill your order up to the week of the event. Empire Tickets reserves the right to upgrade seating at no additional cost to the client. In the rare instance of a downgrade, the client will be notified prior to seats being downgraded.

If for any reason the client does not receive the ticket(s) as identified in the confirmation, Empire will immediately substitute a comparable or better ticket(s) for the same market demand price, or refund the client's money.

Note: This guarantee only applies for events that occur within the continental United States. For events taking place outside the continental United States, a 100% refund will be issued for undelivered tickets.

Payment Methods
Empire Tickets accepts several methods of payment to accommodate your needs including American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.

Pricing and Availability
Empire Tickets, Inc. of Georgia is a private ticket agency not affiliated with Ticket Master, Tele-Charge, Live Nation, Tickets.com or any other box office or venue. The price printed on the ticket may not be the sale price. The sale price may include a substantial service charge that reflects the cost of obtaining, reselling, and delivering the tickets. All sales are made by Empire Tickets, Inc. of Georgia. The order will be placed and the consideration will be paid in the State of Georgia and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Tickets are bought and sold at open market prices that are subject to change at any time.

Convenience and Handling Charges
Tickets purchased from Empire Tickets will be subject to an 8% per ticket, non-refundable handling charge.

Cancelled Events
If an event is cancelled we will provide a full refund for the sale price minus any handling and shipping charges; however, if a show is cancelled and refunds are not offered by the box office or venue, then we will not provide a refund. If an event is cancelled for any reason due to an act of God (rain out, earthquake, flood, etc.), a strike, protest, lockout, catastrophic events (i.e. acts of terror), or incidents of national security, we will not provide a refund or exchange for the tickets.

Tickets eligible for a refund must be returned to the office within 12 days of the announcement of the cancellation of the event. It is recommended to send the tickets via certified mail or a carrier that can provide proof of delivery to you. Send tickets to: Empire Tickers - Event Refunds - 3 West Paces Ferry Road, Suite 203, Atlanta, GA 30305. Include a detailed letter with the following pertinent information: Name, Company, Invoice Number, and Date of Ticket Purchase. Tickets may also be presented in person in our office on weekdays between the hours of 9:30 am and 5:30 pm.

All shipping charges and handling charges are not refundable.

Note about Special Events with Multiple Performers: Tickets for certain events, including, but not limited to Bonnaroo, Houston Rodeo, or County Fairs, may include performers as well as other attractions as part of your admission. If there is a change or cancellation to the musical line-up or the attractions, your event ticket remains valid for entry and we will not provide a refund.

Postponed Events
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the tickets will be honored for the new date of the show. New tickets will not need to be issued. If you can not make the new date we will accept the tickets back from you on a consignment basis only. You will receive 100% of the amount that we sell them for up to the price that you paid.

Announcements can take the following form to indicate a rescheduled or postponed event including, but not limited to local newspapers, local radio, our website, a team/ artist website, or a venue website.

Empire Tickets is acting only as a ticket broker or agent to facilitate the availability, sale, and delivery of the admission tickets to the event. Empire Tickets is not a promoter or manager of the event, and, therefore, assumes no responsibility or liability for the staging of the event.

All sales are final and all ticket orders will be subject to these conditions.

Refunds and Exchanges
Empire Tickets is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Tickets can only be returned on a consignment basis where you would get the amount that we resell them for, less a consignment fee, up to the amount that you paid for them.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS WILL NOT BE REPLACED. IF AN EVENT IS RESCHEDULED, TICKETS PURCHASED ARE VALID FOR THE RESCHEDULED EVENT DATE ONLY.

Shipping Policies and Will Call
Empire Tickets requires a signature on all deliveries. To ensure a signature, all deliveries are made using an express courier service. These deliveries are sent to the billing address on the cardholder's credit card. If you have any specific delivery requirements, please make those arrangements when you place your order.

The billing address will be verified with your credit card company. The purchaser must use the exact billing address indicated on the consumer's credit card statements.

Should you require that the order be shipped to an alternate address we will require faxed authorization from the cardholder. This includes a signed copy of the fax authorization form combined with legible copies of the cardholder's driver's license and the credit card that was charged for the purchase. This is to protect all parties involved against fraudulent use.

US and international Express delivery options will be shipped via UPS. All delivery times are subject to availability in your delivery area. Any other special delivery requirements can be quoted as requested.

Will Call Pickup
Occasionally, tickets are held at the venue for will call. In this case, the client will need to present a drivers license or picture identification for pickup.

Online Ticket Ordering Policy
For your security and to protect you against unauthorized use of your credit card, we require your signature to confirm both your order and that you are an authorized user of the credit card that was used to place the on-line order. This is the process:

  • A representative will call you at the phone number you provided to us to confirm your order.
  • Our representative will then fax or email you the fax authorization form. Please note that by placing your order for tickets online and submitting your phone and fax numbers and email address to us you expressly consent to and authorize a representative of Empire to contact you via phone, fax and email in order to confirm and complete your order or to notify you of any processing issues.
  • You will sign and fax back to us the fax authorization form along with a front and back copy of your credit card and drivers license, or other picture ID. The purpose of this is so that we can compare the signatures on the back of the credit card with the picture ID and the fax to verify you are the authorized user of the card.
  • Our fax number is 404-467-0937.
  • All orders are guaranteed per our authorization form.
  • We do reserve the right to replace exact seats with comparable seating.

Ticket Availability
Some seats that appear on our Web site are not stocked by Empire Tickets. They belong to a "shared" inventory and should be available but, in some rare cases, may be sold before an order can be processed. If that situation occurs, you will be notified within 24-hours and will be offered comparable seating options.

Empire reserves the right to cancel any order or request in the event of any of the following:

  • Non-confirmed orders
  • Exact seating requests that are unavailable
  • If there are sudden, drastic changes in market value
  • Section errors / pricing errors

Same Day Ticket Orders
Please consider logistics when ordering. If you are ordering online tickets the day of the event, please call 404.467.0227 to confirm that the tickets you want are still available and to determine how they will be delivered to you. Most same day ticket purchases will need to be picked up by the customer at the Empire Tickets office or at "Will Call" when they arrive at the event that day.

Technical Issues
It is always advisable to call to confirm any Web transaction, (404.467.0227 or 800.725.0112) because Empire cannot be held responsible for technical "break downs" (such as firewall or server issues) on the part of the purchaser or a service provider such as AOL or Yahoo.

Promotional Discounts
Empire Tickets stocks a finite number of tickets in inventory for special promotions; therefore, all ticket discounts are subject to availability. When the tickets "on special" are gone, they're gone! We hope that every customer has the opportunity to take advantage of our discounts.

The Empire Tickets Below Face Icon
This icon is used to assist purchasers in identifying exceptional values on the secondary ticket market only. By purchasing tickets on the Empire Tickets web site the purchaser indicates that they understand the icon is provided only as a guide and that the actual price on the ticket may be different. The purchaser understands that gface valueh may be the original release price of seats in the same location and may not reflect such factors as season ticket holder discounts, fan club discounts, group ticket discounts, complimentary tickets or the like. In addition, gFace valueh may also include facility charges, primary sale convenience fees or other fees incurred in the primary ticket sale. Empire Tickets makes every effort to physically verify and only use the actual prices printed on the ticket; however, it is understood that the gface valueh used may have been supplied by the seller, unverified by Empire Tickets and/or be inaccurate. Empire Tickets shall not be held liable for inaccurately indicating a ticket price as being below face or below the price on the ticket and the purchaser is encouraged to do their own due diligence on the original face value of any ticket if that is the determining factor for making a purchase.

Information on compliance with and applicability of the CAN-SPAM act
The CAN-SPAM Act regulates commercial email, which is defined as any email message "the primary purpose of which is the commercial advertisement or promotion of a commercial product or service." A "transactional or relationship message" - email that facilitates an agreed-upon transaction or updates a customer in an existing business relationship - may not contain false or misleading routing information, but otherwise is exempt from most provisions of the CAN-SPAM act.

Any emails that are advertisements or solicitations must include the following:
  1. Clear and conspicuous identification that the message is an advertisement or solicitation (unless the recipient has given prior affirmative consent to receipt of the message);
  2. Clear and conspicuous notice of the opportunity to decline to receive further email from the sender, i.e., an "opt-out" or unsubscribe option; and [If you receive an opt-out request, you have 10 days to stop sending email to the requester's email address.]
  3. A valid physical postal address of the sender.
The CAN-SPAM Act does not provide for a private right of action (cf. unsolicited fax violation) as only the FTC, State Attorneys General and Internet Service Providers can sue violators.

Empire Tickets monitors emails sent by its partners or affiliates that market or promote Empire Tickets, as the CAN-SPAM Act makes it unlawful for a person to promote, or allow the promotion of, that person's trade or business ... if that person knows, or should have known in the ordinary course of that person's trade or business, that the goods were being promoted in such a message and took no reasonable action to prevent the transmission.

The domain www.empiretickets.com is owned and managed by Empire Entertainment and Travel, Inc. Parent company of Empire Tickets, Inc. of Georgia.

TicketFast Tickets

Any TicketFast tickets that we buy come from "known" sources only. These "known" sources are clients that we have done business with for many years or the original purchasing source.

Only the original TicketFast Tickets can be redeemed, not a copy or fax. Tickets can be given to clients, friends, etc. but they must be given a copy of this document and the original TicketFast tickets that they receive from Empire Tickets. That does not mean that your name has to be on the TicketFast voucher. The name that appears on the ticket is the name of the original ticket purchaser- not the name of the person using the ticket.

In that same vein, do not photocopy or fax additional copies of your TicketFast ticket to others. If someone else gets a copy of your TicketFast ticket and enters the venue before you, your ticket will become void, and you will have no recourse. The bar code on the TicketFast ticket can only be scanned once, just like a regular ticket. Only the first scan of the bar code on your ticket will be allowed entry. Make sure you keep the printed ticket in a safe place like you would cash, and protect it just like you would any other ticket! If more than one copy of your bar code were to be scanned at the venue, the bar code scanner will alert the attendant that the ticket has already been scanned.

Empire Tickets is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Do not crease, fold or smudge your TicketFast ticket. If the bar code is damaged it may not be readable which will make the ticket void.

Special Terms for Oktoberfest Tent Reservations
We offer reservations in all large Oktoberfest tents based on availability.

Reservation vouchers will either be shipped to you or you will meet a representative in Munich (meet & greet).

Meet & Greet Information:
Some tent reservation vouchers can only be delivered via meet & greet. We will need your travel information including; arrival dates, cell phone number, and hotel address in Germany so that we can get in touch to organize your meet & greet appointment.

Shipping Information:
If you have ordered reservations ahead of time (before the reservation date) and we have the vouchers in hand, we will be able to ship via UPS within the US. If you have already left for Germany we can also arrange a shipment via UPS International to your hotel address there.

Empire Tickets cannot guarantee your reserved seats if you show up later than the indicated reservation time. The tents do not honor any reservations where the customers do not take their seats on time! No Exceptions. Empire Tickets will not be responsible for clients that are late or no-shows. All sales are Final, No Refunds or Exchanges.

Empire Tickets reserves the right to move you to a different tent on short notice to accommodate your party.
