Directions & Parking
Subway
Board the IRT #7 Flushing train from the Times Square or Grand Central stations, and follow to the Shea Stadium/Willets Point station. The UTSA National Tennis Center is only a 3-minute walk
down the ramp.
Railroad
Board the Long Island Railroad Port Washington branch at Penn Station and take it to the Shea Stadium/Willets Point station.
Car
From New York City: Take the Triborough Bridge to Grand Central Parkway East and exit on Northern Blvd East/Shea Stadium (#9E).
From Brooklyn: Take the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway to Grand Central Parkway East and exit on Northern Blvd East/Shea Stadium (#9E).
From Long Island: Take the Long Island Expressway to Grand Central Parkway West and take the Shea Stadium exit.
From Connecticut/Westchester: Follow I-95 to the Whitestone Bridge, and then to Grand Central Parkway where you will follow the signs to Exit 25A East, which is Northern Blvd/Shea Stadium.
From Northern New Jersey: Take the George Washington Bridge to Harlem River Drive, and then follow to the Triborough Bridge. Continue to Grand Central Parkway and exit at Northern Blvd/Shea
Stadium (#25A East).
From Southern New Jersey: Take the Verrazzano Bridge to the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway. Follow to Grand Central Parkway East and exit at Northern Blvd/Shea Stadium (#9E).
All parking is relegated to Shea Stadium's main parking lots, except for days of New York Mets home games. On these days, parking will be relegated to Lots 1 - 7 at Flushing Meadows-Corona Park.
