Ravens Team Report
(Tue, 02 Dec 2008 04:19:51 PST)

While the Ravens dominated, Willis McGahee just waited.

The Ravens running back didn't receive a carry in the team's 34-3 rout of the Cincinnati Bengals.

McGahee entered the game as the Ravens' leading rusher and was listed as their starting running back on the depth chart.

"We don't know what everybody is talking about," Ravens coach John Harbaugh said. "We really like Willis McGahee. We think he is a really good player. We plan on Willis being a huge part of what we're doing in December. He's practicing real well. He's getting stronger and stronger throughout the course of the season. There's no question in my mind that Willis McGahee is a very talented back and he's going to be a huge part of what we're doing here down the stretch."

(Mon, 01 Dec 2008 15:24:03 PST)
The Baltimore Ravens make no apologies for their 6-0 record against losing teams, nor do they care about their perceived inability to hang with the NFL elite. As they prepare to enter a challenging December, the Ravens are concerned only about prolonging a march toward the playoffs that has featured lopsided wins over hapless foes and overwhelming defeats against the league's upper class.

(Mon, 24 Nov 2008 14:49:38 PST)
The ice water bath that Baltimore Ravens coach John Harbaugh received after Sunday's rout of the Philadelphia Eagles wasn't an impromptu celebration. It was more of a ritual, one the players expect to continue for weeks to come. "We've been doing it all year," safety Ed Reed said. "We plan to do this late January or February.
