Tigers add four players to roster

The Detroit Tigers today announced the club has purchased the contracts of second baseman Scott Sizemore and shortstop Audy Ciriaco from Triple-A Toledo and first baseman/outfielder Ryan Strieby and outfielder Brennan Boesch from Double-A Erie.
