With 14 free agents this winter, the Dodgers have more decisions on offering salary arbitration than in any recent year. Manny Ramirez and Derek Lowe are the only two who are Type A free agents, making them the most likely of the 14 to be offered arbitration by Monday's 9 p.m. PT deadline.
