Green Street Properties will celebrate its landmark 10th anniversary and kick off the redevelopment of City Hall East with the South's best music and food at the newly re-named Ponce City Market. A portion of the proceeds of this event will benefit the Atlanta Beltline Partnership and Georgia Organics.
Empire Tickets is the official primary ticket agent for Green Street Properties, the "Event Holder", of Party At Ponce, "The Event", and owner of Ponce City Market. When you purchase a ticket for Party At Ponce Empire Tickets will be handling the transaction and collecting payment for the Event Holder. The Event Holder will donate the net proceeds from the event sales (if any) to the Atlanta Beltline Partnership and Georgia Organics.
Payment Methods. Empire Tickets accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover both online, on the phone and at our office.
Handling Fee. Empire Tickets charges an 8% handling fee for tickets purchased for The Event. The fee covers fulfillment cost, ticket printing, USPS first class postage to mail your tickets, credit card processing fees and other hard costs incurred by Empire Tickets to process orders. Under no circumstances will this fee be refunded for any reason.
Order Confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with Empire Tickets Customer Service whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. Empire Tickets will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.
Billing Information Verification. Orders are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, Empire Tickets customer service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If Empire Tickets is unable to reach you after its initial attempt, Empire Tickets may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer without further notice.
Shipping. Tickets will be printed and begin shipping, or be available for pick-up from the Empire Tickets retail office location in Buckhead, on or around August 15, 2011 for The Event. Empire Tickets customer service will contact purchasers via email once their tickets ship or are available for pick-up. USPS First Class mail, Will Call or ticket pick-up from the Empire Tickets retail office location in Buckhead is included at no cost to the purchaser. Express shipping via Federal Express is offered as a purchase option at an additional cost to the purchaser. As the event date draws near, however, Empire Tickets may, at its option, remove the USPS First Class shipping option and only offer Will Call the day of the event / tour, ticket pick-up from the Empire Tickets retail office location in Buckhead or require additional fees from the purchaser for Federal Express shipment to ensure tickets are received before The Event. The Will Call option will require the original purchaser to have their photo ID and credit card used to purchase tickets. Your name and the number in your party will be on the Will Call list for entry. You will not receive physical tickets so be sure all in your party are with you when you check in at the Will Call window. Will Call will be open at 7pm on the night of the event. For Will Call tour tickets on Sept 22nd - 25th the same rules apply. You will not be able to pick-up your event tickets during the Sept 22nd - 25th tours. If the Will Call option may cause any inconvenice we suggest using the Pick-up at Empire Tickets option instead.
Pricing and availability. Empire Tickets sells tickets on behalf of the Event Holder, which means Empire Tickets does not set the ticket prices. Tickets are being sold at face value as determined by the Event Holder. Tickets are sold through the empiretickets.com web site, the Empire Tickets call center and at the Empire Tickets retail location in Buckhead only. Please be aware that tickets may possibly be found for sale on other ticket resale web sites, by other ticket brokers, by individuals or other unauthorized source not related to Empire Tickets or the Event Holder at prices higher than their original face value. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void. Because Empire Tickets does not guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased from any non-authorized third party reseller (such as brokers or individuals), Empire Tickets recommends that you purchase tickets directly through Empire Tickets or the Event Holder to ensure ticket authenticity. If you do decide to purchase tickets from an unauthorized source we strongly suggest doing so only through a Georgia state licensed broker who offers some form of recourse and or can guarantee ticket authenticity per Georgia code. Neither Empire Tickets nor the Event Holder can assist or be held responsible for any ticket purchase from any unauthorized source.
Refunds and Exchanges. ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review the event details and select your tour date and time you know you can attend. Policies set forth by the Event Holder prohibit Empire Tickets from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. Tour selected cannot be moved, changed or exchanged for another date / time. If you elect to not schedule a tour at the time of your event ticket purchase you cannot schedule a tour later.
Purchaser acknowledges that concert performances are not the primary purpose of The Event. Headlining and Opening acts are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. No refund will be owed if a headliner or opening acts are changed or cancelled. In the case where The Event is postponed your ticket will be good for the rescheduled date. No refund will be owed if The Event is postponed even if you cannot attend the rescheduled event. In the case where The Event is cancelled Empire Tickets will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund procedures as determined by the Event Holder. Refunds distributed by Empire Tickets will only be to those individuals who purchased tickets directly from Empire Tickets.
License; Ejection and Cancellation; No Redemption Value. The Event Holder reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with Event Provider rules. Breach of terms or rules will terminate your license to attend the event without refund. A ticket is not redeemable for cash.
You Are Subject to Search. You and your belongings may be searched on entry to the event. You consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise. If you elect not to consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation. Under facility rules, certain items may not be brought into the premises, including without limitation, alcohol, drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, laser pointers, strobe lights, irritants (e.g., artificial noisemakers), bundles and containers.
