Seating Made Simple

Hottest Seats - Floor Seats, and sections 114 - 116 & 103 - 105, rows AA - Q. Floor seats are the absolute best seats in the house. The low rows in sections 114 - 116 and 103 - 105 keep you just as close to the action as well. Sections 114 - 116 are also right behind the players' benches. If money is not a problem, this is the way to catch a game.

Great Seats - Sections 114 - 116 and 103 - 105, rows R - Y, and Lower Level Corner sections 107, 108, 111, 112, 118, 119, 101 and 102. A little less expensive, these seats offer great views of the game nonetheless.

Good Seats - Lower Level sections behind the baskets, 109 - 110 and 120 - 121, and sections 210 - 213. The middle ground between price and quality, these seats still keep you close to the game while offering a lower price tag. Depending on your preference, you may want to be between the baskets, but a little higher up, or closer to the floor behind the baskets.

Economy Seats - 300 and 400 Level sections. For those on a tight budget, these are the tickets to have. It is ideal to sit in the sections between the baskets, 309 - 312 and 409 - 412. There is a theory that there is no bad seat in Philips Arena.

Hockey Set-Up
  • Some people prefer to sit somewhere in relation to the blue and red lines on the ice. The red line runs side-to-side through the middle of the ice, and the blue lines run on either side of the red line.
  • Looking down on the team benches, the Thrashers sit to the right of the red line, and the Visitors sit to the left of the red line.
  • The Penalty Box sits directly in front of section 104.
  • All sections start with row A, with the exception of sections 101, 104, 107, 112 and 115, which start with row C. Section 118 starts with row K.
Seating Made Simple

Hottest Seats - Between the blue lines, sections 114 - 116 & 103 - 105, rows A - Q or C - Q, depending on the section. The best seats in the house, they offer the most excitement and action. Some people prefer to sit on the glass, while some people prefer to be a little higher up so they can catch more of the action across the ice. Sections 114 - 116 are right behind the players' benches, and the Penalty Box sits in front of section 104.

Great Seats - Sections 114 - 116 and 103 - 105, rows R - Y, and Lower Level Corner sections 107, 108, 111, 112, 118, 119, 101 and 102. A little less expensive, these seats offer great views of the ice nonetheless.

Good Seats - Lower Level sections behind the goals, 109 - 110 and 120 - 121, and sections 210 - 213. The middle ground between price and quality, these seats still keep you close to the game while offering a lower price tag. Depending on your preference, you may want to be between the blue lines, but a little higher up, or closer to the floor behind the goals, where you have a great view when the players score.

Economy Seats - 300 and 400 Level sections. For those on a tight budget, these are the tickets to have. It is ideal to sit in the sections between the goals, 309 - 312 and 409 - 412. There is a theory that there is no bad seat in Phillips Arena.

Concert Set-Up
  • Concerts are set up at Philips Arena in one of two ways: End Stage and Center Stage.
  • The End Stage set up has the stage at one end of the arena, in front of sections 101 - 118. Depending on the show, the floor is either general admission, or there are 9 sections of seating.
  • The Center Stage set up has the stage directly in front of sections 104 and 115, with 10 sections of seating surrounding the stage.
Seating Made Simple (End Stage)

Hottest Seats - Sections 1, 2, and 3 on the floor, and sections 116 - 117 and 102 - 103. Floor seats are the best seats in the house, especially in the first 10 rows. These tickets are in the highest demand and carry the highest price tag. If you're worried about not being able to see over other people's heads, sections 116 - 117 and 102 - 103 are just as good.

Great Seats - Sections 4, 5, and 6 on the floor, and sections 104 - 105 and 114 - 115. Not as costly, these seats still keep you close to the stage and offer great views.

Good Seats - Sections 106 - 113 and 209 - 213. These seats are the perfect balance of quality and price. If you have to sit on the 100 level, go with sections 106 - 113, but you are somewhat far from the stage. If you don't mind being a little higher up, sections 209 - 213 are just as good as you are still close to stage.

Economy Seats - Sections 301 - 313 and 407 - 413. If you're on a budget, these are the seats for you.

Seating Made Simple (Center Stage)

Hottest Seats - Floor Sections 1 - 10, and Lower Level sections 103 - 105 and 114 - 116. Floor seats are the best seats in the house, especially in the first 10 rows. These tickets are in the highest demand and carry the highest price tag. If you're worried about not being able to see over other people's heads, sections 103 - 105 and 114 - 116 are just as good and they are less expensive as well.

Great Seats - Lower Level sections 101 - 102, 106 - 113, and 117 - 122. Not as costly, these seats keep you close to the stage and, since the stage is in the center of the arena, still offer great views.

Good Seats - 200 Level sections. The perfect balance of quality and price, you are a little higher up, but have good views of the stage nonetheless.

Economy Seats - 300 and 400 Level sections. If you're on a budget, these are the seats for you.
